It's a chain and it's exactly what you'd expect so it gets 5 stars for predictability. It's off the freeway and behind other hotels. There are some chain restaurants nearby for easy food options. The rooms have a nice sitting area and the bathrooms are separated (toilet and tiny sink, shower and full sink). Plenty of parking. Large lobby with seating which is also where they have breakfast. That starts at 6:30 which is great for early morning risers!
The room is really nice. There’s space to work. The TV is awkwardly placed in the room so you’ll always have to turn your head to watch tv if you’re in bed or on the sofa. The indoor pool is nice when the outdoor is too cold. Platinum Elite members are placed on the top floor. The exercise room is open 24 hours. Very close to a lot of great food restaurant.
We got two rooms. One for our oldest daughters and toddler and one for my spouse and I. The rooms were really nice and clean. I have zero complaints about the rooms, even my toddler loved them. The employees and customer service was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and inviting. The hotel was conveniently located to the winery we were going to for my parents vow renewal and to the pechanga for a later hangout. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.
Great rooms. We'll maintained. Good morning breakfast bar! Only thing that was slightly annoying was the AC turning on and off. It's under the main window in the room so when it kicks on and off during the night it's a little noisy. Recommend ear plugs definitely help. Other than the AC it's a great place to stay!
I've stayed here a couple of times and I love it. It's clean and so friendly.
Clean rooms, decent breakfast but great location. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was more than 5 Star I believe her name was Rachel. She was attentive and several times we noticed her going above and beyond for guests. The lack of daily housekeeping was a negative and being right off the freeway better sound proofing is needed. Overall a good stay and would probably stay here again
